The students do motivate themselves to be high achievers and aim for a great standard in all their work. At times I feel the need to relate my lectures to the workplace and give students a clearer understanding. In addition students are eager and enthusiastic to get involved, develop their skills that will make them versatile and allow them to oneday find jobs.
